Highfields Park

Highfields Park sits alongside the University of Nottingham and consists mainly of a lake and paths around it.

It’s an interesting place to walk around at any time of year but in late spring you are treated to a blaze of colour from the Rhododendrons mainly along the perimeter.

There are still parts of the original park design identifiable such as the stepping stones area. The Paddling Pool, still identified by the name of the bus stop outside, is no longer there as such. It’s now an overgrown nature area.
