Nice flowers and birds but what was the local pub like?
Ah – the beer. It was from the BBC (Bogota Beer Company). You know us though, we were sampling the strange fresh fruit juices. We can recommend them all – except the Lolo Juice. It looked green and slimy and tasted green and slimy!
Ah, Merlin Gold – pre-cursor to real email. These were the days before the Internet! Dial-up Modem with a speed of 1200Hz. Not GHz, Not MHz, Not KHz – just Hertz. And it was amazing for the time.
